How do I create an account?+

Open the App, tap "Sign Up" on the welcome screen, and provide your email, name, and a password. You can also tap "Browse without an account" to explore the App in guest mode (some features such as chat will be limited).

Why does the App ask for my location?+

Location is used while you actively view the festival map or look for nearby attendees. It is requested with "While Using the App" permission and is not collected in the background.

Why does the App ask for Bluetooth?+

Bluetooth powers offline mesh chat — letting you reach other attendees nearby when WiFi and cellular signal are unavailable on the festival grounds.

How do I delete my account and data?+

You can request account deletion at any time by emailing us at kaldenbess@gmail.com from the address linked to your account. We will permanently remove your personal data on the next scheduled cleanup.

I am having trouble signing in.+

Try resetting your password from the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in screen. If you still cannot get in, email us the email address you registered with and a short description of what is happening.
